My First Blog

I've been stalking viewing other blogs and thought I'd give it a try. I am extremely impressed by the wonderful, talented, and creative teachers that are blogging. Someday I would like to be halfway as talented and creative. In the meantime, I will start by putting my thoughts on paper. If anyone has any helpful advice or hints let me know.

  1. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog! Hope you entered for the free giveaway (1 week left!) since you're a 3rd grade teacher! AND/OR grabbed some freebies from my TpT store. Looks like you're off to a GREAT start with your blog! The only helpful piece of advice I can give (since I'm new to blogging myself!) is do what you're doing...stop by other blogs...I have found that most teachers are really generous and if you take the time to leave them a comment, follow, etc. they do the same. :-) Best of luck and keep in touch with me. I'm a 3rd grade teacher from Ky originally, but live in Tn now. I always enjoy finding other 3rd grade teachers to share with. Don't be a stranger!

  2. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, and entering my giveaway!! I'm glad I found you! Welcome to blog world. My advice is going to sound similar to Michelle's. I was going to say, just keep blogging, keep visiting, keep commenting, and get involved in giveaways and linky parties so people can get to know you. Plus you can go back to those giveaways or linky parties and find so many other blogs to stalk...I mean check out! :) I still feel like a baby blogger around teacher blog world, but because of participating and commenting, I have found many new wonderful blogs and wonderful teachers! I still don't know how to do all the fancy cool things that others do, but I like to share what we do in our classroom. I look forward to seeing more!
So, looks like you're off to a good start! :)
